Question about PLME and undergrad major

<p>So I was accepted to Brown PLME and I still keep checking my admission’s letter online to see if there was a mistake or I was misreading it because there was no way I believed this could happen. (I thought this was the pipe dream that I had no shot at, and considering how I got waitlisted/rejected from nearly everything else, my theory is that the adcom who ready my Brown app probably proposed to his girlfriend the day he read my app and she said yes and he was in a great mood =D)</p>

<p>ANYWAYS, I digress. On my application, Brown had asked me for a major I would consider for my undergrad while in PLME. I am now not as sure about that major as I thought I was then. When I got my admission, is Brown under the impression that I will (and will I have to) pursue that major? Or can I change if I decide to?</p>

<p>Yeah, I know about the PLME requirements, but it’s not like my counselor there or something is going to be like why do you want to major in _______ now, when you had said you wanted to major in economics on your app, right?</p>

<p>Until the end of the sophomore year you don’t declare any concentration. After being admitted your application is basically thrown out.</p>
