Question about Princeton Review Practice Tests?

So I recently enrolled in a Princeton Review ACT class and we're required to go to the PR's free practice tests on Saturdays. I took one of the practice tests and scored at 29 but when I took a practice test out of the Real ACT Guide I scored a 32.

so my question is
which one is more accurate?
Do you think the fact that i took the test at home, in my bed, helped improve my score for some reason?

Please help! My ACT is next Saturday!
Oh and if anyone has any tips on how to get through the science section faster it'd be much appreciated !

The official ACT tests (from the red book) will be more accurate at predicting your score. (Infinitely more than the princeton review tests I might add)

To save time on the science section, do not read the passages first. Read the questions first and go from there.

Only go to the questions first on data representation (5 question passages)
