<p>are they actual "learning classes"? or are they simply classes meant to supplement lectures and help you out? because my schedule has a recitation between two lectures back to back and i have the chance to move one of the lectures. </p>
<p>however, if the recitation is only for help and does not require much thought power, i'll keep my schedule.</p>
<p>it really depends on the class. for some classes, it’s the only chance you get to ask real questions about the material. my political theory recitation was a real lesson, usually expounding on whatever the professor had taught that week. ‘history of communications’ recitation was really chill and relaxed. you won’t really know until you get there.</p>
