Question About Recommendations...

<p>So I haven't actually signed up for the common app, being a incoming junior, but I have a question.</p>

<p>Obviously you apply to more than 1 school. Each school wants rec letters. If I apply to 2 schools, must I have my Recommendations sent independently or can I just send the letter through the Common App to both schools and save my recommender the trouble? Thanks !</p>

<p>If both the schools are members of the Commonapp, then you only have to ask your teacher to fill one recommendation. It will be a generic recommendation that can be sent to all schools that use Common App. So yes, your teacher only has to write one app (if done electronically)</p>
