I have been checking ISIS on a nonstop basis now since registration opened up since I am trying to get into a different CHM2045L time. The current time prevents me from certain activities I want to do and also makes my schedule very cramped without time to eat.

I have not even been able to find a single CHM2045L, let alone one that would work with my schedule. I was wondering if more spots would open up later, or if I just need to hope someone drops it and I happen to be checking ISIS at that time.

just need to hope. you might end up having to wait until drop/add. i was fortunate enough to get exactly the classes i wanted with the professors i wanted at the times i wanted, but god only knows how that happened. i just logged in one day and everything was right there waiting for me.
those classes i changed, however, were not critical tracking or part of my major. my guess is that people are less likely to switch out of critical courses like chem because they’re going to have to take them eventually.

good luck. thats all that there really is that can help.

If you’re at work and can have a family member or friend check for you periodically, that can make a big difference. The classes can open up from one minute to the next.
