first, do you need to put in +'s and -'s? or can i just put in the letter grade? Also, what about grades I may not know yet? For my classes this semester and my college classes and I don't know if i'll get my final grade before I submit my app. Should I just write "N/A" or leave it blank? How about courses I am going to take next semester? Should I do the same thing for the grade?

Put "currently taking" and yes, put +/-, or they might think that you are trying to trick them.

good luck

Well our school doesnt report +/- so it's impossible for me as I'm sure it is with other applicants as well. That being said, I don't think they'd have a problem with you omitting the +/-s. However, I would still recommend filling it out to the best of your knowledge. that is, if you can look up the +/-s no sweat, fill them out, but if you'd have to go trhough tons and tons of work, don't lose sleep over it. Besides, if your school reports them then theyll see it on ur trancript newayz.

I think you should just put things exactly as they are on your transcript. If there are +/-s there, put them there. Otherwise, don't. As far as classes you're taking now, I just left the grade section blank - I think they will see that I am taking the class this year and do not have any grades to put there. Basically, I think this form should be just like your transcript - it just helps them see the grades and information that's on your transcript in a format that is standardized for everyone.

Put what's on your transcript. My high school was like yours - the +/- was on report cards but didn't get reported on the transcript (incidentally, MIT is like this too). I just put the letter.
