Just how private are they?

i guess it depends what uc and what residence hall, but heres crown college at ucsc

At UCI all of the showers are single stalls. But big enough if you want to get two people in there ;)

my friend at UCI says the shower heads are rough and beat your back pretty rough. a pelting from beads of water. any truth ? and the residence hall showers at UCLA....are best showers in the world.

UCI showers are pretty small and the water pressure is pretty high, but you get used to it. When I go back home I think the water feels too weak shrugs

San Nicolas, 4th floor at UCSB - Well, there's a curtain.
Water varied from hot to cold, but you could adjust the spray to how you wanted (from pelting stream to light shower)

I'm worried about someone accidently (or just as a prank) yanking open the curtain lol

Don't worry, it's not like it's anything they wouldn't have seen already.

If you people think that's bad, imagine going to school in Japan where you HAVE TO bathe with other people. Americans are such prudes.

In Arroyo Vista (at UCI) the showers are big enough where you could probably shower with 3 other people, as long as they're slim girls.
