<p>I received a reward letter and it stated I would get 2,300 for the Pell Grant, Governor's fee waiver B for 285.00. And SEOG (wait list) right next to it for 250.00. It said the Pell Grant will be disbursed on 3/25/09. How long does that take to get here? I live in California and I go to a community college. About the Governor's fee waiver, I got this immediately when I signed up for classes. Are they just saying what kind of aid I could receive. Any complaints about the disbursement taking long to get?</p>

<p>Ask your financial aid office. When I was in a California CC, my money came within 2 weeks of start of school, but I had direct deposit in place, and that helped. Do they have direct deposit? Do you have to go and pick up/sign for a check? Your financial aid office will have the answers to these questions, which make them The Single Best Resource for answering the questions you have.</p>
