<p>Yeah of course you can. A lot of people who don’t get in as pre admits -apply their freshman year and get in. You can apply once every year.<br>
You can apply as a sophomore too(very few people do so since that would be spending an extra year in college). I’ve not read anywhere that you can’t even apply as a junior but that would be pushing it!</p>
