Question about RPI/Siena/Union HELP!

What happens if you apply to more than one school affiliated with AMC? Say you apply to all three. Do you hand in 3 supplementals, interview three times, pay $300?
Does anyone know if applying to more than one program will hurt your chances? (If AMC thinks, "this applicant doesnt seriously want to be a physician-scientist! He/she is also applying to be a leader in medicine!") That sort of thing.

I know many people who apply to the Union and RPI programs. They interview once so thats not a problem, but most people get into the one that they fit. More science oriented means RPI is a better chance. Out of the three, RPI is also the most recognized and most competitive. The graduates from the RPI P-S program also outscore any other AMC student in terms of class grades and step I exams. RPI's a bigger school and has alot more going on. The Union program is good, 8 years, and gives a MS or MBA. The Siena program however is only alright. The graduates are not exceptional and the program is relatively new. Out of these three, the RPI program is the only one in the range of other top programs like Rochester, Miami, and BU

Thanks for clearing that up :)
