<p>I got 770/650/580 (M/R/W) its 1420/1600 without writing. This is definately </p>
<p>not a good score when counted out of 2400, but is my score really bad?</p>
<p>I heard that most privates don't count the writing score much. One of the admissions officers I talked to at COrnell even told me that they practically ignore it and count your score out of 1600.</p>
