Question about SCEA?

<p>I'm intending on applying SCEA to Princeton as a senior next year, but I'm confused about how their SCEA works...</p>

<p>"...you may not apply to an early program at any other private college or university, but you may apply early to any public institution, as long as the decision is nonbinding..." </p>

<p>In this case, would I be allowed to apply early action to other PUBLIC Unis like UMich and GT, since early actions are inherently nonbinding and they are, after all, public?</p>

<p>Yes. You can apply to any public school, unless it has ED. If both of those schools have non-binding early action, I’m pretty sure you could apply to either/both of them.</p>
