<p>yea that is exactly what it means. When I got my scholarship notification thing it was feb, so obv I had already gotten in before that etc.</p>
<p>I got my scholarship in late April. Definitely apply early.</p>
<p>Tbeezer12, you say you got your scholarship in late April? Did you apply regular or early? Applying early would be smart, but umich is not my first choice, I dont really have a first choice yet. Do they offer scholarships to regular decision applicants at all?</p>
