<p>I'm an international student, so the common app gave me the paper based school forms to be filled out by my counselor and teacher etc. I'd like to know if I have to have a different form filled up separately and sent to each one of the universities I apply to. And since my school won't mail these forms and other papers themselves, is it okay to send them along with my other transcripts and documents required for international students in a single packet?</p>
<p>Would appreciate if someone knew something about this. :)</p>
