I took the ACT in seventh grade for a talent search.
Obviously the score was really low (talent wasn't found).
If a school requires me to send all my scores, do I have to send that or is it different?

I don’t think you need to send any scores before high school. They would not count them in your total ACT attempts.

Colleges do not use for admission and do not require you to send ACT tests taken during 8th grade or before, and that includes colleges that otherwise require you to send all scores.

Not only are those scores not required, you actually won’t be able to send your 7th grade ACT or SAT, even if you want to. Unless at the time you affirmatively wrote to the testing agency to ask them to retain your records until you apply to college (which is highly unusual), your middle school test results have been purged and are no longer available.
