I've heard conflicting things about sending SAT scores. How exactly do I send a SAT score to a college that is verified? Do I just do it through collegeboard? Thank you.

An official SAT report that most colleges want is the one you order sent by College Board. Not sure what college’s requirement you are reading that says the score needs to be verified. That could be referring to the official report sent by CB, but some college accept scores that are otherwise verfied, such as ones that your high school puts on your official transcript, and thus they do not require you to send the CB report.

Thank you for the reply. By verification I meant exactly what you said in regards to the transcript, I was not sure if I could use the score on the transcript or if they wanted an ‘official’ College Board report. Thank you!

On CollegeBoard you can go to their “Send Scores” link after you take the test and put in the school code or look them up on there to send it. The first few from every SAT taken are free.
Keep sending them in to those same colleges because it shows that you are interested in their school and they’ll keep seeing scores sent in from so and so (assuming you take it more than once, hopefully you do). Hope that helps!
