Question about Sending SAT Scores

I took the October SAT but I did not pick the 4 free schools during the time of the registration. I wanted to get a feel for how I did before I sent.

Now, when I am choosing the 4 free schools, the report includes all te previous tests but does not seem to concretely include October. It says "SCORE NOT AVAILIBLE" and does not have a box to check.

Is this score to be sent automatically once it is out or can I not even send it until it is out?

I am applying early to University of Michigan. Will the scores for my October test date be received in time or did I screw up? My past SATs were sent, but will my October SAT be accepted, however it is going to be sent?

I think you can only send it once it is out. What’s U of Michigan’s early deadline?

Nov. 1st

So once the score is availible, I send it? The problem is, it will take them 1-2 weeks to receive the score, regardless. Will they take the score based on when it was sent rather than when it was received?

I really don’t get how any school could ever accept October scores for ED/EA, though, if they not show some understanding.

Also, why would the Collegeboard only let you send scores either at registration or once they’re out? What’s wrong with requesting scores be sent now? Either way, scores would only be sent after they came out…
