The course load I have right now is too tough and one of these options must be picked. Keep in mind I want to apply to an upper level business school

Drop AP Environmental which leaves me with no science and only five classes.

Drop AP Econ (my elective) and take Econ Honors which is a half year course, first semester. Leaves me with 5.5 classes

Drop Spanish V H. I feel like colleges love five years of a language. this would put me at five classes also

My other classes are ... AP Stats, Uconn English (honors), AP Government and Politics
so as of right now i have 6 classes but need to make a switch.. assuming all of the options yield a work load suitable for me, which option do you guys feel is best for college (takes away the least from my schedule) ??

If you are applying to business school AP Economics is the most important class to have on your transcript of all those listed above. To be honest, if you were reaching for top-notch schools, I say you just tough it out.

I have sports everyday in the fall and winter and I am kind of lazy so the workload is too much. i agree i could do it, but as already stated, i want to do one of the options.

If you absolutely have to, I’d say drop AP Enviro. It’s one of the easier science classes, and since you’re majoring in business I’d think a language + econ would be of more importance.
In any case, I’d suggest keeping AP Economics.

Not sure what you mean by upper level business schools but this schedule already looks very light unless you’ve already taken AP calc BC, AP physics, Spanish, etc.

I understand this is an easy course load for you guys and that’s dandy, however I want to do one of the options. I want to know which is the best option from a college applicant perspective. I have already taken AP Calc, four years of spanish, chem/physics/bio- all honors.
