Question about Spanish 25

I might take Spanish 25 next semester. Any comments about this class would be appreciated. In particular, I would like to know:

Who teaches it?

Weekly homework load?

Difficulty of exams?

Difficulty in earning an A grade?

Thanks.

Schedule.berkeley.edu

A lot

Difficult

Difficult

Have you taken a language at berkeley before?

^

Are you commenting based on actual experience or just your general impression of language classes?

I’m taking Spanish 25 right now- a graduate student will teach the course and determine your actual grades.
The homework load isn’t bad at all. For the whole semester, we only have a total of 4 essays, 3-4 pages each. Readings are expected, but they are not too heavy.

We don’t take our first exam until Monday, so I can’t comment on that.

I can’t comment on the difficulty of getting A’s either- but I received an A- on my first essay, and this is my first Spanish class in two years.
