Question about Special Interest Housing !

<p>Few days ago, I received an email about special interest housing.</p>

<li>The Residential College at Goddard Hall</li>
<li>Explorations</li>
<li>CHOICES
The application deadline for The Residential College, Explorations and CHOICES is May 25, 2008. You must apply on-line </li>
</ol>

<p>My question is…
-Is it required? What happens if i do not apply to any of them?
-And is it helpful for me to join among the choices? What do you guys recommend among the options?</p>

<p>I am a freshman and very much confused now… </p>

<p>It’s definitely not required at all. If you want to join one, I’d say join the Res College. I did and I met some of the best people there. We were all really tight and it really helped me get accustomed to the city. But maybe I’m just tooting my own horn here. </p>

<p>I was never in explorations or choices, perhaps they’re close to the same thing. I would recommend doing one though.. it’s a nice addition to the freshmen experience.</p>
