<p>In my school a sport must first be a club for one year to be considered for varsity status. Volleyball was only a club my sophmore year and i subsequently was the captain of the varsity team the next year. Will that fact that i played a part in its formation have any pull in the admissions process, or will the fact that i only played it for 2 years hurt me?</p>
