I’m currently filling out the Texas A&M SRAR using my transcript.
Pretty much every course on my transcript is shortened (Ex: Biology is just “BIO,” Geometry is just “GEOM,” etc.
It says on SRAR to put the Course Name as it appears on the transcript, but I’m very hesitant to put “BIOLOGY” and “GEOMETRY” instead of the abbreviation. Should I just go with the abbreviated versions as shown on my transcript?
I know this sounds kind of silly but I’m a very paranoid person
There is the Subject Area where you pick from a list, then the course where you pick from the list (like BIOLOGY) or you can chose Other, and the Actual Title. I think that the Actual Title is where you will list it as it is on your transcript. I believe, however, if you feel like the transcript title is insufficient, you could put additional descriptive info in parenthesis in that Actual Title field.
