Question about study abroad and GPA

<p>I am a freshmen from the United States applying to study abroad in England next semester. the GPA requirement is 2.5 and I have a 3.0 at the moment.</p>

<p>trouble is, this is my second time in college and my first attempt was...well...
however, I did not transfer any credits and my school has no record that I ever attended another college. I guess my question is, does it count toward my GPA if I never transferred the credits?</p>

<p>Is your question, does my GPA from another college, which my current college knows nothing about, affect my current GPA (in other words might it lower my current GPA so I cannot study abroad). If so, the answer is clearly that current college cannot include a GPA they know nothing about.</p>
