question about study abroad grades

I am a student at Cornell and plan on studying abroad in Florence, Italy at a no name university. I am taking courses there and those grades will go on my transcript. Howeveer, those grades will not factor into my cornell gpa. Therefore, will they factor into the LSAC GPA or not???

They will probably look at them, but I don't think they could break you since they're taught in a non-native language.

Still, impressive grades abroad can only help -- law school competition is brutal, and the more distinguishing factors you have, the better. If you're aiming for Harvard or Yale or another top school, do your best and make sure your best is damn good. So don't party too much! ;)
