Question about summer classes and financial aid.

<p>My school has two summer semesters, I haven't looked into the schedule but they're both just a little over a month long, maybe a month and a half. I assume that most don't do the regular 15 hours. So how many hours would you take? Just two classes? (I willbe working 20+ hours a week)</p>

<p>Also, how does financial aid work with summer classes? My Fin Aid would only work with at least 12 hours for Fall-Spring, does it change for summer? I'd have to live on campus so I'd need housing help.</p>

<p>For Financial Aid, I believe the only aid they can give you is the leftover Perkins and Stafford loan during the summer.</p>

<p>Why are you planning on taking courses over the summer? Could you possibly take those courses at a local community college over the summer instead? It’d be a lot more affordable.</p>
