Question about switching majors, etc

have recently applied, and planned on majoring in mathematics/statistics. to students already attending BU, how hard/easy would it be to switch to lets say, the engineering school. has it been done before? would you recommend it? reason why im asking is although i do not intend on switching majors right away, it would be a viable option for me if i do change my mind down the road.

also, i havent been accepted yet. but ive been accepted to northeastern, renselear polytechnic institute, and carnegie mellon (accepted to all majors at the engineering school, waitlisted for computer engineering). so im fairly confident i will be accepted to BU, especially seeing how I took two college classes for credit there over the summer.

thoughts?

It's easy to switch from one school to another, as long as your grades are consistent with their policies.

I got accepted, and it says my major is Math and Computer Science. Would I be able to switch this online, or what? Do I have to reapply? etc...
