Question about TAG for UCSC and whether I qualify still

I’m applying to UCSC as a human biology major for Fall 2016. I was wondering if I still qualify for TAG. I currently have a 3.01 gpa. I do have the required gpa because you need a 3.0 but I’m not sure if I have requirements for the human biology major. I completed the chemistry classes and biol 20A but over the summer I took bioe 20b and got a D in the class. I am planning to retake the class in spring 2017. I am just scared that my tag application will be rejected because it is in the requirements. Does anyone know if it will affect my tag application even though I have it planned to complete it for spring 2017? This is what it says on the ucsc tag major preparation page:
“Requirements for the major include the following:
-Minimum grade of C (2.0) in a course articulated to UCSC’s introductory biology course sequence of BIOL 20A and BIOE 20B (An AP Biology score of 5 can be substituted for BIOL 20A and BIOE 20B.)
-Minimum grade of C (2.0) in a course articulated to UCSC’s introductory chemistry course sequence of CHEM 1B and CHEM 1C.
-Minimum grade point average of 2.30 in the above major-preparatory courses.
-At the time of submitting the TAG application, a student must have completed at least one biology course from the list above (#1) and one chemistry course from the list above (#2), with at least a 2.50 between those two courses. If a student is using an AP score to meet the introductory biology sequence, a minimum grade of C+ (2.50) is required for a TAG. All other course requirements must be listed as either in-progress or planned on the TAG application, showing completion no later than the end of the spring 2017 term.”
