<p>I am going to be a student in the college of engineering and I was wondering whether I am allowed to take courses outside the engineering school? If I do, will I have to pay extra tuition or is it the same?</p>

<p>Any student can take courses in any college, and in many cases, you will have to do so anyway in order to fulfill course requirements. I think some of the contract colleges have limits on the number of credits you can take in CAS or whatever, but I’m not sure.</p>
