<p>The teacher fills out the info, answers the questions, fills out the charts AND attaches a separate letter for the recommendation. </p>
<p>In the top left hand corner, where the sender address is, put your teacher’s name and the school’s address. In the middle, where the recipient address is, put the address of the office of undergrad admissions (do some searching online, they usually say on the office’s site on the front page somewhere). Then stick on some stamps, 2 should be enough, and you’re all done.</p>
