Do teachers have to fill out the recommendation for more than once, or can they just photocopy their one recommendation? Do colleges really care whether or not each rec. is individually handwritten or is a photocopy ok?

photocopies are fine, most counselors do them

Counselors usually do one copy for the unlimited amounts of paperwork that students request. If they’re doing ComApp, one copy will do. And it doesn’t matter if it’s handwritten, photocopied, or crafted out of alphabet soup letters.

Actually, most colleges won’t take a recommendation in alphabet soup letters… makes a mess of the folders, ya know. ;)
