<p>Hi everyone, sorry if this is a stupid question but I'm taking the SATs tomorrow for the first time and I'm really nervous about everything.</p>
<p>I was just wondering how the breaks in between the sections work. How many breaks are there and how far apart are they? Also, are you allowed to go to the restroom during testing? I know you can during breaks and all, but still...will your test be invalidated?</p>

<p>I don't think you're allowed to go to the bathroom DURING testing.</p>
<p>I think we had a break every 2 or 3 sections. Don't know if you're allowed to go to the bathroom during a section, although I'm not sure you'd want to considering each section is only 20-25 minutes. We had at least one break which was 5-10 minutes, where we could go to the bathroom, have a snack, etc. and then at least one where it was just stand up, stretch a little, and move on to the next section.</p>
