I see online that the application deadline ends on Nov 30th. Is the 30th included for the application period, or does it technically end of the 29th?
11:59 PM November 30th but do not wait until the very last minute. The servers have been known to crash due to excessive volume. I would submit by Mid-November or at least by Thanksgiving.
