Question about the application ID

<p>i tried to log in to the UC status page with my app id and email address as password and then changed my password. then the page said that the session timed out. is this normal?</p>

<p>No, that did not happen to me. Try again, when the session times out it means that there was something wrong with the connection (either your's or theirs).</p>

<p>it also has not been 4 weeks since i turned in my application couild that be the cause. the screen is just purple and tells me that my session has been terminated and gives me the option to log in as a staff or go back to the student site</p>
