Question About the Chemistry SAT

Hello,

I am currently studying for the Chemistry SAT II Subject Test, and I would like to know if it tests on specific scientists.

For instance, will they ask about stuff like who discovered the electron (J.J. Thomson)?

Yeah, sometimes they do ask about specific scientists.
But not too much detail about them.
Ex what u said:

Discoverer of the Electron

Choices:

Milikan, thomson… and u choose one.

However these questions about scientists are very rare. I used Barron’s

Thank you so much!

Yeah, I believe those question types hardly appear on the test. I took the Jan. 26 test and saw no such question. But I think I saw a few when I was preparing with Barron’s (not sure). It wouldn’t hurt to know them anyway.

Thank you so much!
I will memorize them then.

how much study will I need to do if I’m taking IB higher level Chem?

Not very much at all. I looked over a practice book to see that i had covered all the material, which i had, and was done. did very well
