Will I also have to put down information for my mom or step-dad, or do I only have to put it down for my dad? <p>If you live more with your dad than with your mom, your dad is your custodial parent. You put down only his information.</p>
<p>However, many schools use other forms (CSS Profile or their own) which require non-custodial information as well. In those cases, you would have to put down your mother & stepfather's information too.</p>
