question about the measle's vaccine

Finally got my packet today, and started to read the instructions.

i got vaccination in 08, when i did my green card. It says MMR1. do you have any idea where or what should i check?

do i still have to get the doctor's signature?

I don’t remember needing a doctor’s signature (although it might be different for international students?) I just had to fill out when I had it. I actually didn’t even have an “official record” – all I had was a school record that my mom had filled out in like 2000 stating the dates of my vaccine. I was afraid that I would have to get the test done that shows that you are immune to measles, but UW accepted my ‘proof’ without issue.

thanks for the info.
i am not an international student :). i will send it the way it is, and will see

You should call in about your situation, just in case. Otherwise, you might send in paper work, they’ll process it over a few weeks (I think they said to give it two weeks to be entered in, since they’re going through EVERYONE’s immunizations), and then they might tell you you need additional information for them. That would be pretty frustrating :/
