Since some students move in tomorrow (September orientation), I've read that the instructions are that there is one car per student for the drive-thru process. But what do I do if I'm actually bringing my car with as much as I can carry to keep there (parking permit already purchased) but do not want to actually do the drive-thru move-in because I'll be driving by myself since I'll be keeping the car there. Is there a certain parking lot we go to then? Because the drive-thru move-in instructions say we're supposed to have someone in the car at all times while we move in stuff but I won't have anyone else with me and I will be keeping the car (that's why nobody else will be driving with me because they'll need an extra car to leave)

they instruct you to go to the loading zones. if you are bring your car and leaving it there, go to the parking lot next to your college and you can load your stuff from there. (idk which college you’re in)

Where were these instructions posted?

Thanks paradise17 you’ve helped me more than once with this lol

wootieburg the instructions were sent in an email I think to our school email accounts.

BTW paradise17 we go to the first station or something first and then they tell us to go to the lot near our college (Warren for me) right? Or do we just go straight to the lot

hahah no problem. its nice to have someone help you out:)

i think you’d be able to just go straight to the lot. to be sure you might want to go there and quickly find someone to ask if you can go straight to the parking lot.

They were in an email. I think its only for warren or early move ins though.

^each college has a different move in process and each res life office does things a little differently
