Question about the portal

<p>Hi everyone,
I applied to American through the common app and got an email saying it was received. A couple months later they sent me an email saying my application was incomplete and that I should check under Personalized Links in the portal. However, in the portal there is literally nothing about my application. There aren’t any links under Personalized Links and I can’t find anything about my application status. Did anyone have a similar problem and should I be worried?</p>

<p>I emailed them telling them this and I never got a response.</p>

<p>Did you actually click on “Application Status” under Personalized Links? There should be a list of items that you need and a list of the dates that your application parts were received. If you can’t find anything I would just call them. The admission person that I talked to today was very nice. Don’t worry!</p>
