<p>For the most part, do you have to agree with the POV that the little paragraph before the actual question has?</p>
<p>For example, let's say the little paragraph basically says the increase of technology causes moral decay of society, and the actual question asks, does technology cause moral decay of society?</p>
<p>Should you agree with the POV of the little paragraph and say technology does indeed cause moral decay, or can you disagree and say it does NOT?</p>
<p>The reason I am asking is because I feel like the little paragraph is setting the stage, so if it talked and described a little about how technology causes moral decay, it would be weird for the writer to disagree with this POV and not reference it at all in the essay.</p>
