Hi, I have some questions about the status and TOEFL Test...
How do I check my stauts?...
I just couldn't find the link....

and about the TOEFL test...

I am a U.S citizen, and currently am going to high school here...
My first language is Korean and I speak Korean at home
I lived in Korea for 10 years...
I got 660 on my SAT I in verbal section
I am required to take TOEFL test right?

And about the scores...
I heard many people, although they are fluent in English
get low score on speaking section due to time management problems, etc.

do I get automatically rejected if I don't meet the minimum score?

thank you...

Hopkins does not have an online system for checking application status, that is why you did not locate the link.

The TOEFL is required of applicants whose native language is not English and who attend a non-English-speaking secondary school. If you attend an English-language school but do not speak English at home, you should take the TOEFL. If your native language is not English and you attend secondary school in the U.S., you must take the TOEFL if you have been here for fewer than five years. The TOEFL is waived for students who score higher than 670 on the Critical Reasoning section of the SAT.

For applicants taking the new Internet-based TOEFL, there are four sub-scores. We prefer to see minimum sub-scores of 26 in Reading, 26 in Listening, 25 in Speaking, and 22 in Writing. One if not automatically denied admission if they do not meet these minimum sub-scores, but not meeting these minimums will impact one's application review negatively.
