Question About the UCAS

Hi, I'm an American student applying to UK schools. I have over a year worth of college credit from American universities, is there a way I can show this on the UCAS? I have listed the school, but I am unsure how to list the college credit as a qualification. I was able to list my GPA from High School, so I am assuming there is a way to list it for college (especially since it paints me in a vastly better light). Currently I am leaning towards listing an "Other" qualification under each University I attended and labeling it as "College Credits" (or something to that effect) and putting my GPA under the grade option. I am hoping that someone has been through this, any help at all would be great. Thanks! :)

I applied through UCAS, though I didn’t have this issue. Your proposed solution sounds good enough though. I am sure there are 1000s of students in a similar position where their background doesn’t exactly fit the form. I am sure putting it under “Other” will be ok.

When you applied did you list all your high school classes and grades under modules or only the relevant ones? I also read that you must list all schools from age 11. Did you also list your Middle School grades because of this? Because that seems ridiculous to me.

I moved to the UK when I was 16 and did A-levels at a UK school. I only put A-level (some modules passed and some predicted) grades on the form, and some Frenhc language tests I’d passed in Switzerland (largely irrelevant as I was applying for Natural sciences/Biology).

UK students only put down their GCSE grades (years 10-11) and A-level grades (years 12-13). You have to list all the schools you have attended I think (and I think I did) but you definitely DO NOT have to list grades obtained earlier than the equivalent of US high school.
