Okay, I have a question, I know the UC's have the Education Abroad Program where a student can study in a foreign country. But do the UC's have some sort of domestic program? For example, I attend a UC but I want to study in New York for a quarter... do they have any "Education Domestic Programs"?

They have the semester in Washington DC, but other than that I havent heard of anything.

I think different UCs may have their own arrangements. My college at UCSD for example runs an exchange with Spelman and Morehouse, historically black colleges. UCSD as a whole runs an exchange with Dartmouth. All UCs have a program to Washington DC called the UC-DC program. So I think the best approach is to ask your counselors. They may even be flexible enough to do a special arrangement just for you.
