Question about transcript and sat report

Hi,

I have a question regarding the Transcript Request Form for High School Records.
It says:

Use this form to send us your high school records only if you were unable to attach a transcript to your Freshman Only Academic History form (Form 3, page 25)

I don't see a Form 3 on the online application, so I'm supposed to use Form 7 right?
Also, do I send it right now or at the end of senior year?

For the SAT score report, I took the November SAT II and will take the December SAT II. So far, my most recent score report I received in the mail was up to October. If I'm applying for the December 10 deadline, what do I do?

Thanks.

Bump,

Is the transcript sent after you graduate or before the application deadline?

ABOUT THE TRANSCRIPT-
You will send it 3 times-
-now,
-after midterm,
-after you graduate (if you decide to go to USC.)

Each time, you need to send an official transcript. It can be sent with or without form 7.

ABOUT THE SAT REPORTS-
-Have your official scores sent now through College Board. November scores are available now.
-In addition to sending the official scores and to expedite receipt of your scores, you can also go online to College Board to print out an unofficial copy of your score report. You can send this yourself to USC with form 5.
-For the scholarship deadline, I've heard it both ways- I'm not sure if your December scores can be used. I think a call to admissions is in order to confirm this.

The transcript and score reports do not have the same absolute deadline as the application. They should be received by USC as close to the deadline as possible, but can be a week or two late.

Thanks a lot!

I took the December SAT II, and I heard that December scores are not counted for the December 10 deadline.

I sent the score report for the December administration to USC, so that should be there in a few weeks.

For now though, I only have up to November test scores, so would I just copy my November score report and send it to USC?

Where did you hear that December scores are not counted?

I called admissions twice about this last week and was told both times that they WILL take December scores. They said to self-report your scores as soon as you receive them (send a copy of the online report) and also have them sent officially. They said they spend December getting files in order and start doing the heavy evaluating in January.

Really? I sent my application at the end of October and according to my USC status page, updated yesterday, they've completed evaluating my application and may ask for my mid-year report. If I want, I could also send it to them according to their website, which I most definitely will but they're apparently already done with mine.

did u guys send everything in the usc envelope they give u?

I sent my supplements (non-online application stuff) using a bunch of 9 by 12 envelopes that I bought at Office Depot. (I bought a box.)

Wait,

so when I print out the unofficial score report, do I just print out what I have so far even if it doesn't have December's score?

I also got a score report from November in the mail.
Could I just send that?

If I report both ACT and SAT, what would I do to send an unofficial ACT report?

Thanks.

It says on the SAT/ACT Student Report to attach a photocopy.

Does this mean that USC specifically wants a photocopy of the SAT and ACT score reports that were mailed to us? Or can we just do as cc411 said and just print it out online?

The only difference I see is that the mailed one has percentiles.

That is what DD did. She mailed the mailed report, not the one online.
