Question about transfering - NEED HELP ASAP! Thanks

<p>I'm a sophmore student in PA at East Stroudsburg University. I really dislike it here and my grades from the first year here show it. Now I am really looking to transfer out now that Ive brought my grades up to around where they should be.</p>

<p>I have a 2.222 right now but after this semester I will have a much higher GPA, and in the summer, Im retaking a course that I failed, so by the mid-summer I should have an estimated 3.0 or higher.</p>

<p>Should I apply to transfer to a new school now or after grades come out for this semester?</p>

<p>Should I apply and just wait to send my transcripts when grades are posted for this semester or for my summer courses?</p>

<p>OR should I just wait until I finish this semester or my summer course to apply at all?</p>

<p>I think it is already too late to apply for 2010 fall admission.</p>

<p>^ Not So… lots of schools (Granted not stop schools) have open and rolling admissions. If you know a school that you want to attend and it is an open or rolling admission school, just give them a call… They will tell what you need to do to transfer.</p>
