Question about Transferring and Transcripts

Hi All,
I have a situation that has been bothering me and I was hoping that I could get an answer. Here is my situation up to this point.
-I started college at community school #1. I took two semesters of classes only. The first semester I made all A's, the second semester, I went through some troubling times and I received some not so great grades.
I stopped going because I lost my scholarship and I had no money to pay for school myself.
-I then decided to attend community school #2 in the same state. Because I did not have over 30 credit hours, I applied as a new student. Also, because my grades were so poor at #1, I did not send in the old transcript for credit. I essentially took the same classes over. I have done great at community school #2.
-Now, I am getting married and moving to a new state. In that new state, I plan on transferring my credits from community school #2. Possibly at "transfer state university".

The Question: Because I took all of the classes from #1 over again at community school #2, applied as a new student at #2 (because I had less than 30 credit hours I would have had to do this regardless if I submitted my #1 transcript), and did not report that I attended #1 when I applied to #2; I should not have to tell "transfer state university" that I attended #1 right? Also, if I did not, would there be anyway for them to find out that I attended #1(even though I did not use this for any credit)?

I just messed up that second semester and wanted to start over fresh. Because I do not claim it, use it, or submit it for any purposes, does it really matter if I do not bring it up?

Thanks for all your help.

There are numerous old posts on this topic if you search for them. The short answer is that you have to submit all college transcripts.
