Question about transferring to universities that don't award second degrees.

Hey guys

Right now I have all the college credits I need to graduate but I'm still lacking an element to my senior project so technically I don't have my B.S. yet.

I want to switch universities and majors but the school I want to go to said they don't award second undergrad degrees. When I told them I technically didn't have an undergrad degree they said it didn't matter because I was a senior.

I was wondering if I could change majors at my old school to something unrelated in order to effectively make me a freshman with a ton of extra electives and therefore eligible for transfer.

Do you guys think this would work?

edit, Without getting into the details, graduate school is not an option.

Ask the school.

You need to find a place that will accept you even though your total credits qualify you for senior status. There are
many places that will. Accept the fact that your first set of transfer targets won’t work, and move on.
