Does this apply to out of state students?

[CSUMentor - Plan for College - High School Students - High School Subject Requirements](<a href=“Cal State Apply | CSU”>Freshman: Admission Requirements | CSU) does not make any distinction between in-state and out-of-state applicants.

Yes it does, but you can also qualify for admission by testing alone and thus, avoid the a-g requirements. (Testing-alone is how some home schoolers qualify for UC.)

[University of California - Eligibility by examination](http://www.universityofcalifornia.edu/admissions/counselors/freshman/minimum-requirements/examination/index.html)

Ok cool, the thing that was tripping me up was the g part so all i did was put my 4th yr of Spanish in there. But i must say, it’d be so much easier if i could Jus send my transcript

Easier for YOU. Think about the message that this sends…UCs are huge state colleges, with even larger bureaucracies. Do you really want to spend $60k for that level of service?
