Hi, when the UC application was due in November I reported my SAT scores that I had up until then. Then I took the SAT in December and a few of my scores went up and I sent those scores to all the UCs i applied to. Now when i log into each schools website, they have my reported scores (which were up until november and are lower) and then they have my official scores(which are my highest ones). Is there any problems with this? Or was i supposed to change my reported scores when i scored higher in december?

As I recall, the self-reported scores were the ones you provided on your original application. They will stay that way unless you use the editing feature of the UC Pathways site (https://www.ucapplication.net/ucap/ -- Sign in, go to Application Status page, go to Test Scores on File -- there's a button there to "Revise Self-Reported Scores" where you can modify your original application's information, I think.) I believe if you do it there, it is made available to all the UCs you applied to. (My son hasn't used this feature, but we saw it there on the website, so I'm passing this along.)

Thanks, but was i supposed to change this when i found out my december SAT scores? I'm starting to think that if i change it now it'll be too late. Do you think the UCs will take into account my higher december scores even though i didn't report them but I sent them in officially? Thanks for the replies!

I honestly don't know what one is supposed to do in this situation. I suspect they use the "official" scores over any self-reported ones. Would it be possible to ask your GC at school just in case?

Yea i was thinking about asking my GC but honestly they don't seem to always have the correct answers =
