question about volunteering at shands

hi. I'm a freshman thinking about volunteering at shands. I volunteered at my local hospital for 3 years and really enjoyed it during high school.

I read up on the process and took the orientation quiz and have a few questions.

Do I need a TB test done? it says it's just a screening form and a test may not be required....did any volunteers need to do a TB?

How hard is it to get an interview? and if I get an interview does that basically mean I will become a volunteer

What's the service record? it says a service record must be cleared by occupational services.

I'm talking about this one:
Volunteer Service Record
(provided when you pick up the TB Surveillance Form and signed by Occupational Health)

Thanks in advance!!!!

You will need a TB test and getting an interview usually means you’ll get a position. Getting an interview, however, is the hard part. I think service record refers to your immunization records…? I wouldn’t worry about that though until you get an interview. It will become more clear when you physically go and pick up the form.
