Question about "work experience"

I have a question about work experience as I am in sort of an odd position. You see, back in 8th grade I left middle school (I was ahead of my class anyway) to go to LA to pursue an acting career. I got like 2 gigs, including a part for a movie, and I have made about 10 grand from it. I decided acting wasn't for me and moved back home to pursue college, and shortly after that decided that I want to become a lawyer. After seeing my bank account I decided it would be a waste of time to have some sort of part time job that would just get in the way of my studies, not knowing that colleges look at something called work experience. I have volunteered a TON in high school but yeah no paying job. So my question is, should I put this thing I did in 8th grade on my resume or not, and will not having a part time job affect my admission (in general)?

It shouldn't have that much of an effect, but work experience isn't restricted to only high school (for ECs and honors/distinctions it is), so I highly suggest you put your acting things in. Even if they don't recognize it, it fills space and looks good anyway.
